When we bought our house a couple of years ago, we just chose to stick with EG Oil since that is what the previous owners had, but we are glad we went with them! The service has been excellent. They are very friendly, have done annual maintenance, responded to two service calls (one when heat was out following a hard freeze), have always shown up when they say they will, have had very reasonable prices for service, and have consistently delivered heating oil.
We have been clients for several years and we do not have a negative thing to say. We were tired of the other oil companies being taken over by the “big box”. East greenwich Oil has been a wonderful company to deal with. You can call and speak with Steve anytime and he will get back to you with an answer. A few years ago, somehow, our oil supply was nearly nil. Steve explained that it was a computer generated issue on delivery. Excellent service and locally owned
If I could give them less than 1 start I would. I spoke with Steve on 9/17/2019 about pricing and what services they offered. When I asked about their full-service plans and how many technicians they had he abruptly changed tone and repeatedly accused me of working for a competing Oil Company then hung up on me. This was a first. Worst Customer Service Ever.
Caring, honest and completely dependable. I had always had gas and oil was new to me when I leased a home in East Greenwich. Great communication always and I truly appreciate everyone at this company for this. For anyone who has oil for heat and hot water, please consider East Greenwich Oil for your needs. They treated me and my family like their family...for real.
