After eight years of going here, we will never return. Because of Covid-19, the waiting period to book an appointment was 12 months. Our appointment was at 2:30, so we arrived 15 minutes early. First ones there. About 4 families came in after us, and they were all taken to be seen in a matter of minutes. Front desk staff told us "just a few more minutes."
