After eight years of going here, we will never return. Because of Covid-19, the waiting period to book an appointment was 12 months. Our appointment was at 2:30, so we arrived 15 minutes early. First ones there. About 4 families came in after us, and they were all taken to be seen in a matter of minutes. Front desk staff told us "just a few more minutes." Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? I was in utter agony the whole time Dr. Kirk was working on my teeth. It was completely unbearable. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area.
