Vanessa and Luis are great. I love calling this place my home.
Truly the best renting experience I’ve EVER had. Vanessa is amazing and really goes above and beyond - moving had to happen but if it didn’t I would’ve stayed here for an incredibly long time. You can tell that she really cares and puts all of her tenants first. Best experience 20/10.
I scheduled an appointment on the website for an apartment tour, but when I arrived, there was no one in the office. I waited for half an hour and no one showed up; in fact, there were other residents there who were also waiting for someone to help us.
This place is now great! I have been here for years and years and years and have seen a few managers come and go and our current manager Vanessa is by far the best manager we have ever had! The kids here love the pool. About four days ago I contacted Vanessa because my air conditioner wasn't keeping up. She had maintenance come the same day and they replaced my old undersized unit with a new unit that fits perfectly. The maintenance guys also did a great job! Thanks Vanessa!
Vanessa is great. She makes everyting so much better for all the residents.
