Preface: Every situation and location is different. My personal experience with the Liverpool/N. Med. location was great... They were very busy that day, but staff kept us informed throughout and also apologized for the delay. I noticed a lot of other patients that required some special care (wheelchairs, translator, etc.) and they seemed to adapt well. The only minor complaint was that the tech seemed a bit "robotic" in nature, considering she was dealing with my child that had a broken bone, but I'm certain she was just ov... read more
Most of the staff needs an attitude adjustment, not all (there were two staff members that were pleasant) but most
Nice people...They got me in and out and we're very helpful..
Dr Loomis is an excellent caring person .He always treats me with with respect and care .I'm glad when I need to go I can go to a safe clean place at St Joseph's Imaging Associates
