My hot water heater in my apartment at East Gate Inn was leaking pretty bad, called the apartment owner David and he and his guys made swift work of switching it out for a new one. Great men and offered excellent service the day of. Highly recommended apartment complex.
This is a great place to rent. The building manager always answers his phone and genuinely cares for his tenants. Any issue we have ever had has been taken care of the same day. Our hot water heater gave out and he and our maintenance man had it replaced and running that very day. They took great care of us. I was very happy to live here and am sad we are going. I would most definitely recommend renting here.
I lived at Southgate for 2 years and loved it. The apartment was clean and had the best closet I have ever owned! David the manager alway helped quickly with any issues.
