This roofing contractor was the worst contractor I have dealt with in over 50 years. Terrible workmanship with leaking less than 1 year and continued after attempted repair. Over $10K spent with no warranty or refund. I had to take them to the contractors board who demanded a notice to correct that never happened. Next step is small claims court.
I hired EFR to fix my roof due to several leaks. They recommended TPO and new underlayment on a portion of my roof. Clay said he came out and fix a few things but the roof was water tight in January. Then Clay was unresponsive when the leak got worse. Filed a complaint with the contractors board. They received an order to correct. East Fork has been so easy to work with. We have a great new roof, everyone was friendly and the job site was left clean!
We are very pleased with the final results. My only complaints would be the amount of delays to get the project started. And then the weather became an issue.
