Extremely positive experience. All the way from quote to contract to execution. East Fork is very professional, responsive, communicative and knows all about roofing. We are 100% pleased with our experience using East Fork.
The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful. My roof turned out beautiful. Everything was perfectly cleaned before they left. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Above and beyond customer service! I had so many problems with my roof both inside and out. They installed a completely new roof, bringing attic ventilation up to code, all the while keeping my HOA happy during the install process. This has been my first home and I had multiple issues with poor engineering and craftsmanship unrelated to East Fork Roofing however, Mike the owner took my project on personally and made sure I walked away a satisfied customer.
