RecommendedWe've been renting here for 8 months & we are very happy. It is home. 😊 Office management is responsive & every time we have a maintenance issue, someone is right here within 24hrs. We hope be here several more years.
They have become too ridiculous with rules. They will nit pick the silliest things to send out evictions for (like a piece of wood under your porch, had us paint the door jam, we have curtains hanging in every window, but says we aren't allowed to have sheets hanging, etc.) We own our home, so you can imagine how much it annoys us to pay almost $600 a month and be constantly badgered about the smallest things. My mother lives back here... yesterday there was an attempted home invasion w shootings involved.... I think the responsible thing to do, would be to notify residents of the community when something so severe happens. Esp those residents that live on the street where said incident occurred. Very poor management, should be handled w a little more concern.
This place is nothing more than a money hungry joke. The manager is a joke, who make promises after promises to send someone out for repairs but months go by and still no one. They did not have the place ready on our move in date that was already 2 weeks later then what it should have been. On top of that they are charging us for things that were not fixed on there end since day one. They also can magiclly make documents that support your side of the story disappear.
