I lived in the east forest park community for 5 years I never had a bad experience the entire time I was there. Jason and the staff are amazing at their jobs, they recently started having monthly community activities that gave people a chance to interact with each other besides the occasional greeting at the pool, clubhouse or mailboxes. Repairs are infrequent but when something comes up they take care of it quickly. Best apartments around.
