I called today to schedule my yearly appointment (skipped last year). The person I spoke with was not in the least bit friendly. Informed my appt would be way out because one of the doctors left and the other one had the whole load. She then added that I use the PSL Office, saying, “as you know we don’t go there often.” Thinking perhaps it would easier if I went to their main office I asked where it was located.
