UPDATE!!! DOCTOR OLCOTT KNOWINGLY COMMITTED INSURANCE FRAUD AGAINST MY INSURANCE!!!! NOW I HAVE TEETH GROUND TO NOTHING AND NO COVERAGE TO HAVE IT FIXED!!!!! The wrath of Lucifer himself couldn't compare to how angry I am! wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Olcott is rude, snarky, impatient, egotistical and extremely narcissistic. I had nothing but issues. Terrible experience!!! The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have policies that don't make any sense. I asked them not to use a certain type of treatment and did it anyway. When we found another dentist they would not send the records and were even rude to the new dentist staff. Stay away!!!

Dr. Olcott is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some expensive ones in very upscale spaces. East Flat Rock Family Dentistry is a talented and dedicated team that works together openly, not with the speaking one in an imperious white jacket while another obediently and silently hands them required tools on command. Though housed in a humble storefront and interior, their dental technology is very much up-to-date.
