Translator was rude and unprofessional. I think translation is an important job and the person behind the phone is responsible for representing flat rock dentistry. Not everyone who is bilingual has the ability to professionally communicate with people.
Horrible do not recommend whatsoever
I would give this place a 0/10 if I was able to. They are NOT good with children. The dentist said we made my daughter afraid of dentists because she freaked out. Mind you, this was her first dental appointment that she can remember. The second time we tried, they wanted her to go back by herself. She’s four. They were extremely rude to my daughter, but wouldn’t say anything rude to me which is odd considering I’m an adult and she’s 4 years old. They have absolutely nothing for children to make them feel welcome or at ease.
Do not go here Drive to charlotte. Dr.Mayor/maynor at university dental is AMAZING, especially with special needs patients!!! (Pediatric specifically) she's amazing and worth the drive!!!! Do not go here!!! We were just going in for a cleaning/xrays! Ugh Horrendous experience. Unfortunately, the only "special needs" dentist in the area. 😫 I've seen plenty of reviews about forced medications and treatments, and I'm here to report another. I’ve came here for a very long time, came with a lot of problems and terrible anxiety! They have helped me so much with my dental hygiene, and just making me feel comfortable, and almost family like! I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else!
