I love this practice! Have been taking my nearly 9 year dachshund there since he was a puppy and board him there as well. Of course it can be chaotic...it is a large, compassionate and successful team of people. In addition to his care, our family has euthanized two beloved family pets; the staff from the front desk to Kari, the kennel manager, and the Doctor really cared about our feelings. I am comfortable at The East Fishkill Animal Hospital and so his Jazper, or so his wagging tail indicates
I love every single staff member at East Fishkill Animal Hospital. I was so nervous about boarding my puppies. They are not socialized and have only ever been at home with me. Kari believed in my babies when I didn't. Kari is a special individual who helped walk me through the process every step of the way. I didn't want to leave my puppies but knew I had no choice. Lola and Bailey will never ever be boarded anywhere else. They are so well taken care of and Kari is my hero!! Love this facility!! �
it was a horrible experience have been going to this Vet for more then 15 years I was charged an office visit for a yearly checkup which took the doctor 2 minutes nothing was checked but my dogs temperature and vaccinations were given. I will not be going back This was unacceptable!
Dr Gonzalez, Dr Lavatka, Tony, Susan & all the staff at EFH are all amazing, compassionate & helpful. They all cared & loved my Roxie which was laid to rest on 07-18-17 due to Cancer. Dr.Gonzalez was very sympathetic and made this experience a peaceful one.
Just want to say thank you to Dr. McCord, Dr. Gonzalez and all the staff for your care and help recently with our beloved cat, Cassie. We are grateful for all you did to try to help her and we sincerely appreciate your dedication and understanding. Cassie fought a hard battle, but unfortunately did not win. She left us today with broken hearts and a void that cannot be filled, but we will cherish our precious memories of her forever. I have never been happier with a Veterinary Hospital. Huge thanks to Dr. Gonzalez for helping me and my dog at this horrible time we are going through. FAH really takes the time with you, they show kindness & compassion.
