Staff members are busy. I was impressed that Dr Mathew Taylor would reach out to me again following our initial consultation to help answer any more questions to the ablation procedure.
Dr Taylor was informative, pleasant and friendly. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and was generally a delight to interact with.
Though it is difficult to return their phone call to a specific person, the staff at East Falls Specialties are great! I feel well cared for by friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff.
I was treated by Dr. Melissa Cheers. She was informative about my upcoming surgery. My wait time in getting into her was very brief. She answered all my concerns and questions. She was courteous and empathetic in her care of me. I feel I received the best possible care from her, and I am grateful for the knowledge and expertise offered by her. She's a great surgeon! Her after surgery care was outstanding, and once again my wait time was very brief.
