We have overed roughly 20-30K in lamps and every time they come in we have damages. Its like pulling teeth to get this fixed. They want to replace parts and do not make the process easy. On top of it the language barrier is difficult. If you are a fast paced business who doesn't have time for the games I would consider a different company.
