I received "treatment" at this facility after being injured at work. I was seen for 3 minutes by a physician assistant, who I later found out is the brother of an officer from my company. I hurt my back, neck, right leg and hands after a 500lb + cart fell off a forklift on me. They sent me for an x-ray on my neck and cleared me for work. It turns out I have an Hpn L5-s, right leg Disc bulge in my neck and back and traumatic carpal tunnel syndrome. I will be making a complaint with the state medical board.
