I don’t ever write reviews but was compelled in this particular case. New to VA, I was not sure of who had good reviews as Pediatricians. I had seen the commercial for East End Pediatrics & she “looked” pretty nice & friendly and my son had been sick with pneumonia recently & had a fever of 104 for a day or two but no other symptoms so I took him there. I did not wait too long in the waiting room (maybe 20 minutes) and the front office staff were OK until I got to the exam room. We waited in there, I kid you not for an hour... read more
