This place completely scammed me! They told me they were charging me $50 co-pays because my insurance was covering it. I said are you 100% sure because otherwise I can’t pay for it and they said via email which I have in writing that it’s covered. Wouldn’t you know I get a random bill for over $1,000! Then they say the initial evaluation is $350 when there wasn’t any evaluation! What a scam! In addition, I call up the office everyday and never get a hold of anyone. Professional Staff excellent care
The entire staff at East End Pain Center were welcoming, caring and professional. Dr G took the time to explore my medical history in depth, focusing on my pain issue and what my desired outcome was. I didn't feel like I was being rushed so that he could move on to his next patient. I highly recommend this practice.
