As many of you know - navigating experiences like these are beyond difficult. The receptionists at East End have been such a pleasant surprise. Jade and Cheyenne have been nothing but helpful and kind throughout this process. These two ladies have made life easier in the simplest ways but even the littlest things make all the difference. I definitely would recommend this place to others.

I am writing truly disappointed with EastEnd Neuro . My father, who has dementia, was recently discharged from the practice — not because of his medical condition, but because of something a family member said. I am heartbroken and frustrated that his well-being and continuity of care were affected by something completely unrelated to his needs as a patient. Honestly I’m not quite sure where to begin other than stating that choosing East Emd Neuropsych has been life changing for my family and I. Early onset Alzheimer’s/ dementia runs in my family so when my grandfather started to become more forgetful it was pertinent that we seek help before it was too late. Not a place to take anyone you love. Eric seemed great until you find out you won’t work with him again after the first visit. My 92-year-old mother in assisted living had her medication discontinued without our knowledge, and no one would answer our questions. Wednesday calls went unanswered, and there was no communication with family or staff. Jade at the front desk is rude, made it clear that Eric does not and will not . The care and communication here are completely unacceptable. My complaint will not end here.
