Filed a fradulent affidavit of service. Claimed they did "nail and mail service, despite never mailing the summons, and not having an order of substitute service.
Incompetent -- I drove an hour to complete a complaint form at their office, they notarized it, and never bothered to review it. I then I had to go back there a week later to complete it again. After it was filed I asked them for the court date to which they told me (A) they didn't have it, as it is not given to them, and (B) the court would contact me via mail directly.
