Hubby & I went here yesterday evening around 5:30. There were one couple eating their meal & 1 other gentleman there. There were at least 3 employees. We walked in & took our seats. We were never acknowledged as we came in (not a Hello or Be right with you ect) but looked at the menu anyway. We waited about 10 minutes and left. No one came to our table, Not a very good first impression :-( Adirondack Seafood was great!!
I have ordered from this place for a very long time. I have had issues with them in the past concerning how overdone their food is. Tonight, as usual, I specially asked them not to burn my pizza. Well it came burned. So I am no longer doing business with East End Eatery. Enough is enough. I recommend checking your food before the driver gets away. We love East End! The gluten free options are great, and they are very very careful! We have not ONCE had any reactions after eating there and that is HUGE. When things are crazy or mommy is sick we can order italian dinners, or grilled cheese and a couple of chicken salads and not feel like we are eating Fast Food. The staff are friendly, and the food is yummy. Best yet the prices are fair and matches the portions/quality of the food. Did i mention we love East End?
I ordered the Thai Chili and Mango Habanero wings..WOW! A true fan now!! By far the best wings I've ever had!
I have had two separate instances with this eatery and neither has been a good one! First time owner was completely rude to me and told me she was too busy for this "crap" when the pizza I had ordered numerous times before was not the same as usual. ..it was horrible actually. ..second time was when I called to speak with a manager regarding food allergies.
