I had a great experience at East End Dental Centre! I went in for a hygiene check, and I really loved the environment it was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The hygiene treatment was done very thoroughly and professionally. They took my X-rays carefully and explained everything clearly, including pointing out my cavities and what steps I should take next. I hate to do this, but I am pretty disappointed with the cleaning job. She told me I had tartar buildup and pregnancy gingivitis (makes sense since I missed my last cleaning) and yet the whole cleaning session took under 20 minutes. Normally when I get my teeth cleaned, it takes about an hour. Felt very rushed and inadequate. I will probably go somewhere else in a few weeks for a more thorough job. I had an emergency tooth extraction and it was honestly a great experience. I am typically very nervous going to the dentist. The receptionist was a super reassure individual who was there to help me remain calm. The dentist was super mental and kind and even tested to see if the freezing had set in.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with East End Dental Clinic. Communication has been extremely poor throughout my short time as a patient. I first received a phone call requesting X-rays just days after they completed my X-rays. I had a second call with no clear reason or explanation, and the staff seemed unsure why they had contacted me in the first place or who I even was. I was also told that my file would be sent to my benefactor, but I’ve received confirmation that from my benefactor this actually did not happen... read more
