I recently had a tooth extraction done at East End Dental with Dr. Zaidi, and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional, which really helped ease my nerves. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with East End Dental Clinic. Communication has been extremely poor throughout my short time as a patient. I first received a phone call requesting X-rays just days after they completed my X-rays. I had a second call with no clear reason or explanation, and the staff seemed unsure why they had contacted me in the first place or who I even was. I had my front tooth filling done at this clinic in August 2024. I have to say, the welcome and comfort level provided by Dr. Zaidi and her staff were absolutely impeccable. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism during my visit. However, I’m very disappointed with the outcome. Less than a year later, I ended up losing that same tooth. Dr. Zaidi truly went above and beyond! I was feeling overwhelmed because my insurance plan wasn’t working, but she personally took the time to help me sort it out. Her kindness and patience meant so much during a stressful time. On top of that, her dental work was impeccable, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.
