I recently had a tooth extraction done at East End Dental with Dr. Zaidi, and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional, which really helped ease my nerves. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with East End Dental Clinic. Communication has been extremely poor throughout my short time as a patient. I first received a phone call requesting X-rays just days after they completed my X-rays. I had a second call with no clear reason or explanation, and the staff seemed unsure why they had contacted me in the first place or who I even was. I had my front tooth filling done at this clinic in August 2024. I have to say, the welcome and comfort level provided by Dr. Zaidi and her staff were absolutely impeccable. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism during my visit. However, I’m very disappointed with the outcome. Less than a year later, I ended up losing that same tooth. When the Canadian Dental plan was implemented my parents at 95 and 91 needed a new dentist who would accept the plan. We have been very impressed with all the staff at East End Dental. They were kind, patient, and gave exceptional care to my parents. We are extremely pleaded with this clinic.
