I had an emergency tooth extraction and it was honestly a great experience. I am typically very nervous going to the dentist. The receptionist was a super reassure individual who was there to help me remain calm. The dentist was super mental and kind and even tested to see if the freezing had set in.

I hate to do this, but I am pretty disappointed with the cleaning job. She told me I had tartar buildup and pregnancy gingivitis (makes sense since I missed my last cleaning) and yet the whole cleaning session took under 20 minutes. Normally when I get my teeth cleaned, it takes about an hour. Felt very rushed and inadequate. I will probably go somewhere else in a few weeks for a more thorough job. I recently had a tooth extraction done at East End Dental with Dr. Zaidi, and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Zaidi was gentle, explained the procedure clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The extraction itself was quick and surprisingly less painful than I expected. I had my front tooth filling done at this clinic in August 2024. I have to say, the welcome and comfort level provided by Dr. Zaidi and her staff were absolutely impeccable. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism during my visit. However, I’m very disappointed with the outcome. Less than a year later, I ended up losing that same tooth.
