Dr. Zaidi truly went above and beyond! I was feeling overwhelmed because my insurance plan wasn’t working, but she personally took the time to help me sort it out. Her kindness and patience meant so much during a stressful time. On top of that, her dental work was impeccable, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for his care, not just for my teeth but for me as a person. Dr. Zaidi genuinely cares about his patients, and I can’t recommend him enough
When the Canadian Dental plan was implemented my parents at 95 and 91 needed a new dentist who would accept the plan. We have been very impressed with all the staff at East End Dental. They were kind, patient, and gave exceptional care to my parents. We are extremely pleaded with this clinic.
As a person who doesn’t like the dentist, I put off going for over 8 years but finally buckled down and put my big girl pants on and gave East End Dental a call, I chose here as it was close to my home in the East end. From the first phone call with Melanie the Hygienist I had a great feeling, she was polite, warm and friendly just over the phone. Staff at East end dental care is super friendly, always ready to help out with insurance and appointments. Special mention for Dr. Zaidi, very professional and trustworthy dentist helped out a lot during my wife's emergency (pericoronitis) with everything and mee too. Greatly appreciated !! I am nervous when it comes teeth treatment. I was at this East End Dental Centre on June, 2024. I found Dr Zaidi very accommodating and helpful. On the top of that she filled my teeth with composite with light hand and enough care. No pain during the procedure. I was so happy with the facility and refer others too. My nervousness is gone.
