Came here early last year after my previous family doctor moved to the States as I was severely underweight and experiencing a multitude of health issues after a car accident. Dr.Hoffman refused to give me proper care , refused to refill previous prescriptions and refer me to neurologists etc and told me to go to the emergency room or addiction clinics. I walked right in to this not so walk in clinic and was still denied an appointment. Imagine a poor patient with no stable housing needing access to medical treatment both in person and over the phone being blocked by employees in a pretentious catchment area. I hope your pretend waiting list of 400 people is doing better than the rest of us 2.9 million people in ontario without access to healthcare. You can pretty much go ahead and ignore the bad reviews! This medical clinic is incredible in every way imaginable. I’ve been a client for 20 years and have always been shocked at the level of service they provide. They offer so many services on site, the doctors and nurse practitioners always show a level of genuine care above and beyond what you’d expect! Not only that but everyone at reception has ALWAYS been so nice and has ALWAYS tried to accommodate me. They put up with a lot of crap from demanding people and I don’t k... read more

Been here for the last 13 years. Aside from the noticeable burn out from the front end workers (sparky responses from reception) my time here has been appreciated with the care my family and I receive. I will point out one of the biggest frusration I have is their phone line going down from time to time. For the third time, their line is down around the time of my scheduled appointment.
