Mark was great to us. He went above what was expected. Let us no all along what was going on with our truck. Even pick my husband up and took him to the shop, for updates. Highly recommend them for towing and mechanical needs. Great company.
Very nice people to deal with
We broke down with an oil leak on our way from Toronto to Vancouver. We were almost at Theodore Roosevelt national park and the truck started pouring out oil. The tow was well priced for the size of our van and every employee was extremely friendly. They let us park overnight. They brought in parts for us and even let me work on it in their lot. So friendly, knowledgeable staff and extremely clean shop. We got so lucky having them take care of us the way they have. Thank you so much.
High quality professional service when you need it most!
As someone who used to work in the tow industry the guys at east end are by far some of the best driving from Bismarck to killdeer blew a tire and they responded very quickly and are very friendly if you ever need a tow remember east ends the way to go
Nobody likes to have to get their vehicles repaired especially un planned So it is sometimes a pretty miserable experience. Ron and Rick took care of me and me back on the road as soon as they could. Great people who care. Thank you!
Unlike Capital RV Bismarck, ND, and giving that business a 1 star (read my review on their FB page) I am giving this business a 5 star. We had a blow out on our 5th wheel camper that we had purchased the week before from Capital RV after only driving about 170 miles with it on I-94. Jordan came to our assistance and was so kind and considerate. He quickly replaced the shredded tire with the spare and got us on our way. Driving from Bismark, ND back to Montana & had an emergency. Luke came out right away, got us loaded without causing any unnecessary damage (because there it was already done.) Rear wheel completely sheared the studs. They got us in right away & got the repairs done so we could be back on the road. Thank you for making a not-so-good experience better by being so helpful, professional & courteous (especially considering the time constraint.) Definitely recommended for anybody going through the area that has car trouble.
