This review has nothing to do with management or the apartment itself, but all to do with location and sense of security. I have had to call the cops numerous times due to the amount of people (the homeless population as well as people from surrounding neighborhoods) walking onto property and making it unsafe to exit my vehicle to get into the building. Apartments are nice but not enough for their price. Be aware since this is the end of the DART line, there’s crackheads around all the time. Posting at 4:16 AM after getting woken up to one screaming! :)
Roach Infestation , Stolen Bike , and accused of damaging carpet due to “human urine “ . That’s how I would explain this place . Let me say I lived here for about 2 years . Great location in Denton . The price wasn’t horrible but everything else was lack luster let me explain with this . In the first week living here we noticed that there was a huge roach infestation.
