Would not recommend renting the 12 Forest row in great neck from Best Homes / Ramin Zakarya… this site has the property listed. Property is ran by a slumlord who can’t fix anything and has his brother rig the apartment. City code enforcement came out and wrote him 6 violations on the property. It’s full of termites and carpenter ants and the second floor leaks water into the garage. Landlord is always in your business and has nothing to do. Changing my review. Since day one, the neighbor has been EXTREMELY LOUD late at night and I have complained to the land lord three times already and no one has done anything. I nearly work 12 hr shifts almost everyday and the drunk fool yells loudly and at 2 or 3 am in the morning. I was misled into believing that I would have peace and quiet but was not informed about this buffoon next door at all. This is probably why the former tenant departed. And the funny thing is that I was told "its real quiet here." When I moved in,... read more
