Came here to get a pretty big skin abscess drained about 4 years ago (gross, I know). I only waited about 2 or 3 hours in the waiting room which is far quicker than the ER. I was nervous as I never had an abscess drained, but the doctor and nurse who did it were so nice and tried their best to reassure me and distract me from the pain. During the procedure, the nurse even held my hand to comfort me! I honestly felt more comfortable during the procedure thanks to these wonderful healthcare workers! Amazing care and professionalism! Last night, my child had a chin injury, and we had to visit the urgent care center. Despite many patients, the staff handled everything professionally and efficiently. The doctor, even at a very late hour, took the time to listen, comfort my child, and carefully stitch the wound. I truly appreciate the kindness and dedication of everyone the nurses, the doctor, and the reception team. Thanks to them, we received excellent care. Thank you so much! 🥰
the staff here are friendly but they skipped my boyfriend over (4x) Four times, Everyone else is getting put before him. I thought They do it by order or how bad the situation may be not by ETHNICITY??!?. You guys needa fix this, That’s not cool his heart hurts when he breathes. plus he’s very sick..SMHHH🤦♀️🤦♀️😤
This clinic is the best clinic i've ever encountered in my whole life here in Edmonton. Dr. May Mrochuk is the best doctor. She's is the only one doctor who exactly traced my health problem & gave me the right medicine.. all staffs & nurses are very nice, approachable & kind..
