Absolutely terrible place. I came in with a bad infection and waited 3 and a half hours when people that were coming in with headaches were getting in before me. You’ll have a better chance at the emergency room getting in then you will here. And the nurses here could care less about you.
They're knowledgeable and caring. A lot of people complain about waits, but don't understand the concept of triage. They caught an issue that I had and got me booked in for a Ct scan which confirmed that I needed further intervention and admission.
Excellent! The staff including the reception team, the triage, nurses, the laboratory techs, home aid and doctors are really compassionate, attentive, and you can tell that they really do care for their patients. It has been frightening taking care of a sick toddler, but their environment and the interactions are very calm; as evident by how good natured and high spirited the staff have been.
