I booked an appointment through HotDoc and got multiple reminders from the clinic to wear a mask. We showed up on time, wearing masks as instructed, only to see that no one else at the clinic, not even the staff, was wearing one. The receptionist didn’t greet us warmly - she seemed very cold and unfriendly. She kept asking if I had cold symptoms, and even though I told her multiple times that I didn’t, she still made us wait in the car.
