I booked an appointment through HotDoc and got multiple reminders from the clinic to wear a mask. We showed up on time, wearing masks as instructed, only to see that no one else at the clinic, not even the staff, was wearing one. The receptionist didn’t greet us warmly - she seemed very cold and unfriendly. She kept asking if I had cold symptoms, and even though I told her multiple times that I didn’t, she still made us wait in the car. Very disappointed in the quality of treatment and the disorganisation of this medical group. The doctors I experienced were very judgy and only listened to me when I had a “severe” issues. I had to go in and out of a patient room 3 times because the nurse and doctor weren’t on the same page about an immunisation I needed and ultimately the fact that when I was so disappointed in the clinic and decided to move, they charge you $50 for an “admin fee” to move all of your medical details to a new clinic.
