I have been calling the billing department for a week trying to ask a question about my bill and no one ever answers the phone or returns my calls. Does anyone actually work here??
I live in Keystone Ranch and unfortunately the water has a massive variance in chlorine strength and color with sometimes our water coming out like milk until it settles down. I hope this issue can be resolved in the future as I have checked in with some of my neighbors and they are experiencing similar issues. It makes me concerned to drink the water sometimes so we let it sit out to at least to let some of the chlorine dissipate and the water clear out.
