Very kind people here. I came in very nervous due to past bad doctor experiences and they made me comfortable through my whole experience there. They answered all my questions honestly and with professionalism. I was nervous about the reviews but they exceeded my expectations. All the ladies there are very down to earth and personal, they even went out of their way to help me with payment there, something they didn’t have to do, I’ve never experienced that even at a regular physician office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at East Cypress Women’s Center was excellent. The entire process was quick, professional, and handled with care. Leda was especially helpful—she made everything much easier and guided me through each step. I really appreciate the level of support and professionalism here!
One star is far more than this place deserves. My girlfriend went in for a procedure that was not done to completion causing her to be violently ill then having to have emergency surgery 24 hours later. With all due respect, the doctor seems a bit elderly to still be practicing and obviously very negligent. Seemed like he was more interested in commenting on her tattoos saying she "must get around" and rushing to the bagel shop next door than making sure he completed the procedure. Call this office at 12 o’clock for an appointment front desk representative Brittany was Awfully rude cut me off in a rude tone when I asked for a manager she giggled at me and hung up the line. I called back stated I like to speak to a manager. No words were spoken from Brittany.
