this place needs to be shutdown! the staff is very rude, no bedside manners at all. the office is dirty, cringy. the dr doesn't greet you, explain in detail NOTHING! The US tech does not know what they are doing none of them! they told me i was 5weeks and 4days already which didn't add up to my timing,so i went for a second opinion and was only 4. it's all just a money scam. which is why they only accept cash/zelle. the ladies are very dismissive to be working in this field. Very kind people here. I came in very nervous due to past bad doctor experiences and they made me comfortable through my whole experience there. They answered all my questions honestly and with professionalism. I was nervous about the reviews but they exceeded my expectations. All the ladies there are very down to earth and personal, they even went out of their way to help me with payment there, something they didn’t have to do, I’ve never experienced that even at a regular physician office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at East Cypress Women’s Center was excellent. The entire process was quick, professional, and handled with care. Leda was especially helpful—she made everything much easier and guided me through each step. I really appreciate the level of support and professionalism here!
One star is far more than this place deserves. My girlfriend went in for a procedure that was not done to completion causing her to be violently ill then having to have emergency surgery 24 hours later. With all due respect, the doctor seems a bit elderly to still be practicing and obviously very negligent. Seemed like he was more interested in commenting on her tattoos saying she "must get around" and rushing to the bagel shop next door than making sure he completed the procedure.
