My name is Anthony Smith and I'm writing this to let you guys know my experience with Ms. Vicky. She is an amazing person she worked really hard to get me approved for an apartment at East Court on Alexander Street Rochester NY she was very diligent and I'm so happy. She's a winner. I give her a 5 Star ⭐ rating I wish I could give her more. Thank you Ms. Vicky keep up the great amazing work you're the best.

I have lived here for three years and I can give an honest review. The rooms of the apartments are huge you get beautiful tall ceilings with gorgeous tall windows in the middle of downtown. I’m 15 minutes from everything great location and I never have trouble with parking. It’s a beautiful place to live. Their husband been a lot of change in management, but I believe The new management they have now with Vicky. She has completely turned the place around and really brought life back to East Court. This was a fantastic apartment complex for the two years my sister lived here. She always mentioned the staff were really friendly and things were taken care of promptly.

I have lived here for over a year and I totally loved it here. There is a year long waiting list to get in. The rent is VERY reasonable for all the things included. I moved out but plan on moving back. Huge, high ceilings which I loved. Historic architecture, the building use to be an academic place. The people who work in the office where always helpful to me who were available during regular office hours. I wish I could give it a freaking 0. This is the worst apartment ever. They have mice running around. The laundry room is dirty and the washer and dryer don’t clean your clothes. The maintenance people suck and they are rude as ever. They don’t get the job done right away and when they do come they leave your apartment a mess. It’s no privacy.. they can invade your home whenever they feel like it. I’ve gotten my car towed because they never informed me of getting a new sticker and then they say its my fault.
