Slums of Rochester, avoid like the plague. Rodent infested, bug infested, zero help to disabled people & there are homeless sleeping in the stairwells & hallways regularly.
I have lived here for over a year and I totally loved it here. There is a year long waiting list to get in. The rent is VERY reasonable for all the things included. I moved out but plan on moving back. Huge, high ceilings which I loved. Historic architecture, the building use to be an academic place. The people who work in the office where always helpful to me who were available during regular office hours. I wish I could give it a freaking 0. This is the worst apartment ever. They have mice running around. The laundry room is dirty and the washer and dryer don’t clean your clothes. The maintenance people suck and they are rude as ever. They don’t get the job done right away and when they do come they leave your apartment a mess. It’s no privacy.. they can invade your home whenever they feel like it. I’ve gotten my car towed because they never informed me of getting a new sticker and then they say its my fault. Complained to management about the loud music from neighbors at 2am. Management has done nothing. I guess 911 will be next. Now the neighbors loud music is so loud it's vibrating the paint and dry wall off the wall. I have complained and complained. I don't want to be held responsible for the damage the neighbor is doing. The loud noise continues and the damage continues. I will post a video soon.
This place is horrible. I’m trying to find another place. No security. Rodents, people sleeping ion the laundry room floor, lobby and hallways. Very bad. Do not move here!!!
