I have actually bought multiple vehicles from here as well as my family has. My experience has always been well met and the staff has been very helpful. Just bought a beautiful 2012 Nissan Maxima SV at East County PreOwned Superstore and I love it! Had a great experience working with Karl and the whole team over there. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Clean auction report, clean CARFAX and great service all the way around. My car is a diamond. WE PURCHASED OUR 2ND CAR FROM EAST COUNTY PREOWNED SUPER STORE TODAY! Our old commuter car finally broke down. My wife and I were in the market for a reasonably priced practical car and found East County Superstore through Autotrader. When buying a used car there are so many variables that determine what kind of experience you have. For us it definitely helps that we are very happy with the car. Very good experience. I knew which car I wanted to get and how much I could afford. Both Robert and Nick from sales were great at helping me get the deal done painlessly. Also this dealership is vetted through USAA's car buying program so if you're with USAA you'll get along very easily through the process.
Carlos, the manager at the service center, did an amazing job on my car! I purchased my car here the week before (which was also a great experience), and Carlos made sure it was running in tip-top shape! Brakes, alignment- he really took care of me and my car is running flawlessly! Great customer service too... I'll be bringing my car back to Carlos (the service manager) for any other maintenance needs that arise.

I haven purchased lots of cars in my life. This was only my second car and i decided to buy a Acura TL 2012. I had never bought a car on a loan so this was my first installment loan. I was a little nervous but sales person convinced me to purchase this wild black baby. The whole buying process took around an hour and i am happiest driver on the road. My salesman find a very low apr on loan. Only 5% apr with a credit history for less than a year. Great experience. Car engine is an perfect condition.
I've never had so much fun buying a car, nor has it been this easy. Firstly, the salesman that helped me, Ali, was very knowledgeable about cars and did anything he could to help me get a great deal. Secondly, there are so many makes and models to choose from and Ali was very patient in helping me pick a car that was right for me. Also, the dealership was very organized and the managers were nice as well.
