The Y is a friendly and welcoming place to people from all backgrounds. They offer a variety of fun classes, as well as pickle ball, swimming and a weight room. The locker rooms are clean and ploeasant. They have a parking lot on site or you can park on the west side of 183 off 51st Street and walk across the pedestrian bridge and avoid 183 backup traffic.
Fab welcoming place to work out. I love the swim classes and I just did a hiit class that kicked my butt in the most delightful way. Instructors are knowledgeable and fun.
