This YMCA has always had a welcoming and positive environment. Trainer Ian also came to rescue me from my own stupidity on one of the weight machines. 😆 Thank you to the great team!
Decent Y gym. No sauna, missing some key pieces of equipment. Gets busy after 4pm and $20 for a day pass. Otherwise solid
The staff are friendly and helpful, they really take the time to get to know you. Group Ex class variety increasing giving me more choices, without having to travel further to other centers.
