Just tried my first Zumba class with McKenna, I loved it! Even though I have two left feet, I was able to keep up! I love the music selection!
Offers far more for our family than what Gold's gym had to offer, and much cheaper. The gym is clean, they just updated the equipment. The staff and patrons in general are awesome. They have a great pool, lockers, changing rooms. MMA, Yoga, Boxing, Guitar lessons, tumbling, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, and more.
Family physical and mental fun! The gym fam/trainers are great! Im always motivated to go lift! They are always helpful and the best at their jobs. They have a heavy bag so I literally learned punching combos there. They also have a boxing class for youth.
