EVERY time I take my child they say he has a stomach virus. The last time he had white spots on the back of his throat and a high fever they said it was a virus. His Primary Care Physician said it was clearly strep. I took him this weekend. We were there for HOURS. My son had been vomiting for 3days with no other symptoms. They said he was on the tail end of a stomach virus and he'd be fine...WRONG AGAIN! He's still vomiting and guess what he has strep throat.
