I love ECP. My son is 2, and we have been coming here since day 1. Our original doctor left, so since then we have seen a few different doctors and nurse practitioners. But everyone we have had contact with (and it’s been several) have been wonderful. Nurse Betty Ann is the sweetest and my son and I LOVE her.. she always the one that usually calls me back when I leave a message in the advice line and always is honest and extremely helpful. We love this pediatric office. Every single pediatrician we have seen has taken their time, listens to our concerns, and is thorough during their checkups. They’ve come to learn our children’s personalities, so it feels like family when we visit. They are knowledgeable, and have the best bedside manner. Shout out to the MAs & front office staff as well. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking to establish care for their children.

Ive going coming here for 7 years. Every single time the nurses get my son’s measurements wrong. The doctor would have to re-do them and would get completely different numbers. For a boy that at one point was at 5 percentile, it was always concerning and broke my spirits every time. Now, most recently, I came in for my 12 years olds yearly visit and they told me I needed a vaccine. I declined because he had already gotten his tetanus. They themselves administered it. one of the nurses, doctors, idk- she made a loud comment about me not having a bra on. she also fully downplayed my symptoms and pain. absolutely unprofessional.
