I rarely leave negative reviews especially for doctors because I have great respect for physicians and the work they do. However, this experience needs to be shared. I’ve been taking my child to this pediatrician’s office for the past five years, and the wait time has been consistently dreadful. I absolutely love this pediatrician’s office. I have been coming here since I was a child, when I was seen by Dr. Gadea, and now as an adult I bring my own child here, who is seen by Dr. Heine. The staff is always attentive, they accept walk-ins, and the wait time is never long. It truly beats taking your child to the ER because the care feels much more personal, and you leave feeling reassured and confident that any concerns have been addressed. I generally refrain from posting reviews, as I understand that delays and service challenges can occur. However, my recent experience at this location was disappointing enough to warrant attention. I have been a loyal patient for more than 20 years and have witnessed a noticeable decline in the level of service. I’ve been coming here since 2021 and it’s a wonderful practice and they care a lot. They are accommodating if you’re transparent and upfront about your issues. If you’re kind to them they are kind to you. I’ve never had a problem even if we had a miscommunication they always find an alternative or a compromise. Dr. Gadea, Dr. Hiney, and Dr. McGahee are fantastic. Nurses and the support staff are also amazing.
