Horrible experience. Ordered from Door Dash. Received a phone call about an additional charge, gave my card number, then they call back and “forgot to put the sauce” in the bag. Took over an hour to get the order of 3 sandwiches. Even the delivery driver said they made him wait an extra 20 minutes and received bad service. We will never order go to to ECW on Tate Street again. Never had any issues with New Garden, so will stick with them.

I walked in to place a take out order and stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. In that time, I watched a waiter go by the soda machine and eat while I stood there. The person who waved to me from the back was taking a phone order and after 15 total minutes standing there, I walked out. If a restaurant doesn't want my business, I have no problem going elsewhere.

HORRIBLE! I love this place and I will never eat here again. Ordered from Grubhub and parts of my order were wrong and missing. I called the store and the manager “B” was just straight up rude! This was no “the customer is always right” situation. I was offered free chips and a big cup of blue cheese the next time I came in.. come on. I spent $50 and had to eat wings without ranch. Overall shitty situation AND to top of off the restaurant blocked my number(super professional).
