Out of napkins....great idea for a place that serves wings....but our server told us we might could find some left on the table that just finished. Service- not good. Had better service from the kitchen crew that came to check on our food, which was good. (He even found us paper towels because our server never returned) Charged for chips that menu said came with the entree. Her reply- there are lies in the menu....no offer to take it off. Love ECW in Salisbury and Concord- doubt i make it back to this HP location though.

Horrible service, not that clean, took forever to get food, and usually the food is good.. Not this time. Very very disappointed.

I will NEVER eat here again. Never in my life has someone treated their CUSTOMERS so poorly in a establishment where I'm paying for your services. We spend a good amount in your restaurant and tip your waitress over 20% and then they want to accuse us of stealing a RANCH BOTTLE, and to make it worse, the owner doesn't see anything wrong with that because he's tired of losing his ranch bottles. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The owners are fantastic. They not only are there often but work as cooks and servers. To me that's important because I've worked at small town restaurants where the owners don't help much at all. The atmosphere is cozy and fun with televisions with sports. And the food is delicious of course!
