Very bad service was sat outside and waited over 15 mins with no drinks and was told to leave ”Bc we didn’t tip last time"

Do NOT recommend! Me and seven friends were seated on the patio and waited for 15-20 minutes for a server to come by and take our drink and food order. We were then told by a staff member that we were "banned" for "not" tipping during our last visit. She then singled out one of our friends by describing his vehicle. We used to dine in at this location 2-4 times a week and recently haven't been in a couple months because we burned ourselves out on it. We do not appreciate how we were treated tonight! Nasty greasy soup. Very poor service. Didn’t refill our drinks until after bringing our check so we could leave. Extremely disappointed in service and food. Haven’t left a restaurant hungry in many years.
Wait times to get seated is a joke. They sit other parties in front of you. Was told 20-30 mins and was well over an hour before seated
