This is the worst location to go to. Melissa (the so call I have worked here 7 years and Im not a mind reader) is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She is an embarrassment to your company and shouldn't work there. IF you cant deal with a customer who is disappointed in what they received then you should find a better job. 7 years tooooo long.
