I have never had a worse experience. I never write reviews and wouldn’t have if the manager actually got in the phone after waitjng 10 mins, they then ignored the 4 calls u made after. Menu on Ubereats had 5 wings and a side for 8.99 I ordered two. Received only winds and ranch dressing with cups all open in the bag. When I called the service member stated the menu was wrong and it doesn’t come with sides, so why charge me $19 for 10 wings when you can get them for $12? First and last time. This place has a nasty feel and appearance. Bathrooms were disgusting. Our waitress was rude and seemed distracted by something. Also there was a hair in the premade ranch she brought us. I really wish we would have saved our 100 bucks and went somewhere else.
Service sucked. Had to eat boneless wings with a plastic fork the broke while eating. Waitress failed to refill drinks and didn’t get our entire order.
East Coast has completely redone the inside of their restaurant, the atmosphere is 10x better and more inviting, the service is much better and the food was amazing. we used to come a lot and over time noticed the quality going downhill. The only complaint/suggestion I have is putting a symbol next to items on the menu that are spicy, I tried their new new Serrano chicken tacos and it was so spicy I couldnt get through 1 taco, they exchanged them for the sweet and sour shrimp tacos with no questions asked and gave me fresh f... read more
I wish I would know what I get when I order- sometimes, hot is barely warm, other times, it is super spicy. I got two orders of hit wings today, and they must have been made by different cooks. One order had no heat at all, the other has me crying...and I like hot food. This is an ongoing issue, and if I had eaten in instead of taking out, I would have returned the food.
We had terrible service and our server made excuses for why our food was late and why she charged us for an alcoholic beverage that we did not order. We asked for multiple items that other servers had to bring to us. When we asked for the manager, we were told he was busy. Once he did come to the table, he appeared shocked with our concerns. Then our card was charged for the first amount not the corrected amount.
