This is the 4th location I've experienced (after High Point, Archdale and Thomasville). By far it was the best overall ECW visit I've had. The atmosphere alone had a different vibe than the other locations, the service was on point and the food was fantastic! The location within the shopping center is perfect. This was on last Friday afternoon at 6 p.m.

We were there yesterday for my grandson Zack's Birthday Party food was good service was great we had about 20 or more people and the waitress did a fantastic job.

Worst place ever! Placed an order to go. Made the lady read it back to me twice to make sure. When I went to pick itup, some guy named Mike wasn't there so I couldn't get my discount...whatever, it is just 5 bucks. They didn't have the order right and when they tried to fix it, they messed it up again! Goodness! By the time I waited for this Mike guy and the kitchen to fix the problem (twice), half the meals got cold. Really guys? If you are going to charge $1.20 per wing, I would think you would have better customer service... read more
