Becky - very sorry for your experience. It is unacceptable to say the least. The fries were beyond our control, the supplier ran out before the weekend. We are embarrassed and deeply apologetic about your visit - if there is any way to make it up to you with a discount on your next visit perhaps please let us know. We do a much better job and would love to demonstrate that to you.
