Love this gym. They literally have everything you need for a great workout, including CrossFitters, Powerlifters and Gym Rats. Extremely welcoming to everyone and just a great place to workout. Huge open concept makes it unlike any other gym I've been too. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

ECWC is a place for newbies and serious enthusiasts alike. There is a very knowledgeable staff there who have competed in a multitude of strength and athletic sports. Its a top notch facility for people who are dedicated to pushing their boundaries
