Know that this isn't some big enterprise, but Larry came out to fix my hot tub until it was fixed propper. I appreciate the "old school" way he does business, and would recommend and use him again.
This is the second time ordering from this company -The first time went very well, I ordered a hot tub cover and received it within a month. The second order did not go so well, it took me four months to get the hot tub cover and I was missing a pillow -it’s been six months now and I still have not received my last pillow. I understand during Covid times it’s gonna take longer, but it’s been half a year and I have not received my complete order, I am extremely frustrated.
