I had ECS install Miami-Dade approved shutters in October 2024. I had used them about five years earlier and, based on that experience, I gave them another chance. Gary, their sales/marketing contractor, assured me that their customer service and professionalism had improved. One month after installation, I reported an intermittent problem with one shutter. I ordered shutters. Said it would be 4-6 weeks Its been 8 & can’t get anyone to answer calls Finally talked to office & they’re back ordered? Don’t expect service in 4-6, you won’t get it!
