I had ECS install Miami-Dade approved shutters in October 2024. I had used them about five years earlier and, based on that experience, I gave them another chance. Gary, their sales/marketing contractor, assured me that their customer service and professionalism had improved. One month after installation, I reported an intermittent problem with one shutter.
