East Coast Services is an outstanding AC company that we’ve trusted for years. They always show up on time, offer fair prices, and are honest and dependable. Lisa, the owner, is wonderful—every time I’ve called, she’s been there to help us with any AC problem we’ve had. It’s such a relief knowing we can count on her and her team for any service we need. We also have a yearly maintenance contract with them, and they do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend!
I was referred through a friend. I called the company and spoke to the owner, Lisa. She explained the process and I was able to get a service contract with her. Her technicians arrived on time and did a professional job. I needed an emergency call on another property that I own, and she was able to get me an appointment that day. A double referral for 2nd opinion about the issue, repair vs new purchase. Was referred to Lisa- nothing else was needed, she anticipated my needs and offered everything to me without me having to ask. It was like she knew me! I got a shiny new air conditioner and I really like it a lot!!! EVERYONE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL! Hats off to Matt, he expertly did pre and post inspections diagnosis and rationale!
