My insurance denied my claim twice. BOSS ROCKEFELLER CAME IN AND WITHIN 3WEEKS OF CONTACTING THE STATE OF GEORGIA, HE GOT MY INSURANCE BULLY OF INSURANCE COMPANY TO APPROVE MY ENTIRE ROOF. HE ALWAYS WAS ON TIME AND IS HONEST AND UP FRONT. BOSS AND CARLOS TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR NEEDS. BRITAINI AT THE OFFICE WAS SO NICE ALL THE TIME. BOSS EVEN ANSWERED MY TEXTS AT 1AM ON THE DAY BEFORE INSTALLING OUR ROOF!! KUDOS TO EAST COAST ROOFING. 5 STARS!!
We had our roof replaced, and they were always available and very professional! They even came when the insurance adjuster came to inspect our place. Frequent communication & never felt left in the dark! Definitely recommend Boss & Carlos!
They came and checked the roof at my house. Filed the claim and got it done in days. They took care not to ruin any of my landscaping when they left and same thing when they arrived.
