The property manager Jeff Washington is VERY unprofessional. First, we setup a viewing of the property when we got there the residents refused to open the door. They were not notified by Jeff that we were coming. So we had to come back again. Our listing agent who is superb had much difficulty reaching and getting a response from property manager. Then we had to pull our own credit reports. When I went to the address for office I found out it doesn't exist. When I tried to contact Jeff Washington by phone she wouldn't answer... read more
