Almost 12 mths of waiting for the most incomplete and unprofessional job of a tiny 20 mt length of fencing and some gates. My property looks like a dumping ground. All lies and smoke and mirrors and even admitted to me that Ben Chapman (who has givien the only 5 starts) was told his job was to keep me happy to buy him time...
Steve is an absolute conman. Takes your money then gives excuse after excuse for not doing the work. Stay away. I would give him zero stars if it was possible. He doesn’t even deserve one star.
Scam !!!!! Do not use East Coast pvc fencing from Burleigh Heads in Queensland. Steve and Ben have a million excuses and lies. Took our money , no work no gate no arbour. Have taken alit of other peoples money. QBCC, QCAT and Police complaints made. Hopefully karma will catch up with these two and they will be jinxed for life.
Steve from East coast PVC has been extremely hard to deal with. broken promises. still waiting for a refund of a product i purchased that i never received. i went to his showroom / office he did not have the product i ordered. Constant phone calls from me and broken promises of him saying he will sort it today. This has been going on since 12/08/2025 i strongly advise people not to use this business.
These guys are con artists!avoid at all costs! Steve is an agro piece of work! Takes customers money and flaunts his extravagant lifestye. Regularly seen at pink monkey snorting fat lines of coke right in the open! His fences and gates are terrible quality,covered in dints and holes a lot like his face. Hopefully Karme gets him soon.

Fraudsters.. unregistered and uninsured. Many people are getting together sharing their stories of this companies' poor workmanship and incomplete work after paying close to the full amount. It happened to me! Steve is incapable of providing an honest service and will happily take all your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
