Would not recommend living with this company. They are trash. They don’t fix anything and when they do they hire unqualified contractors who leave a mess and their tools. They don’t keep order at all. I have had to call HUD numerous times. Please don’t move here.
If I could give 0 stars I would’ve given it! They played around with my personal information and application after calling and checking my references, rental history and etc… Just to tell me that I can reapply in a month when the property is ready! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS TO YOU! They are NOT even affiliated with the BBB because I checked! Very unprofessional. Little to no communication. I would absolutely not rent from them much less let them manage any property of mine.
Never moved past the “tour guide”. Apparently that’s her name cause she never introduced herself as anything else. Terrible experience, very unprofessional, lack of communication and follow up. Couldn’t imagine being trapped in a lease for 12 months with them. Wish I could give 0 stars. 1 star came from the leasing agent I spoke with via email who helped answer my questions after being ghosted by “tour guide”.
Absolutely awful! They have taken advantage of my 82 year old grandmother! They will now pay, as this is unacceptable! See you in court
