Would not recommend living with this company. They are trash. They don’t fix anything and when they do they hire unqualified contractors who leave a mess and their tools. They don’t keep order at all. I have had to call HUD numerous times. Please don’t move here.
If I could give 0 stars I would’ve given it! They played around with my personal information and application after calling and checking my references, rental history and etc… Just to tell me that I can reapply in a month when the property is ready! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS TO YOU! They are NOT even affiliated with the BBB because I checked!
