I asked for an "estimate" ... the plumber who came seemed to think it was a service call which I explained that it was NOT ...anyway I was charged $124 for nothing since that was July 19 and it's Aug 2 now and no email "estimate" yet ... def feel ripped off .... using another company ... guess east coast doesn't need the business
I also chose this company based on the Proverbs quote in their yellow page advertisement. The plumber arrived just at the end of the 2 hour time frame they gave me. I had a very simple minor 10 minute fix of a leaky outside hose bib. They charged me $115.00. This is how they help seniors. For small minor jobs like this, shouldn't you be more reasonable in your prices??? If you do this on the small jobs, how can I trust you on the larger jobs I may need in the future??? Excellent service to replace my water leaking water heater. The repairman came on time and left everything clean. It was affordable. I chose this company because of the quote from Proverbs in the ad in the yellow pages.
